This Shipping Policy applies to all physical product orders placed through the online store operated by ARPO NETWORK OÜ. Digital Products are delivered electronically and are not subject to this policy — please refer to our Terms and Conditions for information on digital delivery.

2. How Our Fulfillment Works
All physical products in our store — including printed books and merchandise — are produced on demand. This means that your items are manufactured specifically for your order after payment is confirmed. Products are printed and shipped directly from our production partners, with fulfillment facilities located in multiple regions worldwide.
ARPO NETWORK OÜ is your sole contractual partner for every order. While our production partners handle manufacturing and shipping logistics, we are fully responsible for the proper fulfillment of your order, including delivery, product quality, and any issues that may arise.
3. Production Time
Because all physical products are printed on demand, each order requires production time before shipping:
- Printed books: 3–5 business days for production
- Merchandise (apparel, accessories, and other items): 3–7 business days for production
Production time begins after your payment has been confirmed and the order has been transmitted to our production partner. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in the production facility’s location.
4. Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide. However, delivery times, shipping costs, and available shipping methods vary by destination. We reserve the right to decline orders to destinations where shipping is unavailable or impractical due to carrier restrictions, sanctions, or other factors. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
5. Estimated Delivery Times
The estimated total delivery times below include both production and transit time, measured from the date your order is confirmed:

These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the product type, production facility location, carrier performance, customs processing, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
Our production partners operate fulfillment facilities in multiple countries and will route your order to the facility closest to your shipping address when possible. This means that a European customer’s order may be produced and shipped from within Europe, while a US customer’s order may ship from a US facility.
In all cases, unless we have agreed on a specific delivery date, we will deliver your order within a maximum of 30 days from the date the contract was formed, in accordance with applicable EU law.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the product type, quantity, destination, and shipping method selected. The exact shipping cost for your order will be calculated and clearly displayed during checkout, before you confirm and pay for your order.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any conditions or minimum order values for free shipping will be stated at the time of the promotion.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has been produced and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available). Not all shipments to all destinations include tracking. If tracking is available, you can use the provided tracking number and carrier link to monitor the status of your delivery.

8. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
8.1. Orders Within the European Union
Orders shipped within the EU are generally not subject to additional customs duties or import taxes. VAT is included in the product price at checkout.
8.2. Orders to the United Kingdom
For goods shipped to the United Kingdom with a value of £135 or less, applicable UK VAT is collected at checkout and remitted by us. No additional charges should apply upon delivery for such orders. For orders exceeding £135, additional customs duties may apply upon import.
8.3. Orders Outside the European Union and UK
Orders shipped to destinations outside the EU and UK may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage or handling fees imposed by the customs authority of the destination country. These charges are determined and collected by your local customs authority and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount in advance. By placing an order for delivery outside the EU, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for paying any such charges. Refusal to pay customs duties or import taxes that results in a package being returned to us does not entitle you to a refund of shipping costs.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for information about applicable duties and taxes before placing your order.
9. Risk of Loss
In accordance with Article 20 of Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive), the risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes to you at the moment the goods are physically delivered to you, or to a person you have designated to receive them (other than the carrier).
This means that if your package is lost, damaged, or destroyed during transit, the risk remains with us and we will arrange a replacement shipment or a full refund at no additional cost to you. Please contact us at contact@mail.arpo.cc as soon as you become aware of any shipping issue.
10. Delivery Problems
10.1. Late Delivery
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at contact@mail.arpo.cc. We will investigate the status of your shipment with our production partner and carrier.
If delivery is significantly delayed beyond the maximum 30-day statutory period and we are unable to provide a satisfactory resolution, you have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund, including any shipping costs paid.
10.2. Lost Packages
If tracking shows that your package has not been updated for an extended period, or if it has been more than 30 days since your order and you have not received your goods, please contact us. We will initiate an investigation and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement shipment or refund.
10.3. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please take photographs of the damaged packaging and product as soon as possible. Contact us at contact@mail.arpo.cc with your order number and photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
10.4. Wrong or Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong product, a product that does not match your order, or a product with a printing defect, please contact us at contact@mail.arpo.cc with your order number and photographs of the item received. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you or issue a refund, at your choice.
11. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us because the shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete, or because the package was unclaimed at the delivery point, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs for reshipment will be charged to you.
If we are unable to contact you or if you do not respond within 30 days of our notification, we may cancel the order and issue a refund for the product price, minus the original shipping costs.
12. Delivery Address
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information.
If you realize you have provided an incorrect address after placing your order, please contact us at contact@mail.arpo.cc as soon as possible. We will attempt to update the address, but this may not be possible once the order has entered production or been dispatched.
13. Return Address for Physical Products
If you need to return a physical product (whether under the right of withdrawal or the legal guarantee), please send returns to:
